Inquiry Call

phase two
In-Home Consultation
This 2 hour meeting is the foundation of your customized design proposal. We’ll tour your home to see the areas you want to transform and discuss your vision for the space. We’ll observe the lighting, layout and other key elements to gather the information we need to create your personalized design plan. During this phase we’ll take photos, document any pieces you want to keep and take measurements so we can design just for you.

Proposal
After your consultation we’ll put together a project proposal. This includes a detailed breakdown of the design items and our hourly fees so you have a clear understanding of the total project cost. This is the final step before we get started!
phase four
Floor Plan & Design
In this phase we’ll create a custom floor plan, elevations and renderings to show design options and product selections for your space.
phase five
Design Presentation
In the Design Presentation we’ll walk you through our design recommendations, review product and material options and make any adjustments to the plan.
phase six
Sourcing & Procurement
Once the design plan is complete we’ll order all the products and materials. Once everything arrives and is inspected we’ll get ready for the next phase.
phase seven
Install Day
When all items are ready we’ll schedule your install day. We ask you to be out of the house for at least 5 hours as we take care of everything to turn your space into your dream home.
phase eight
The Finishing Details
After most installations, there is usually a couple of little things that will need to be addressed. While we always try to have everything solidified on Install Day, there may be some things here and there that need to be attended to afterwards. We like to do walk-through with you a few days post-install to create this list together. For example, you may prefer a different throw blanket for the sofa or you may not love one of the decor items we used on the nightstand. Whatever it is, we will address it and make sure you are completely satisfied with your custom design!
